Ae you looking for some real help to actually get strong enough to step-aside from people who bring you down mentally, physically whether thats in your personal/ private life or in your work place, if yes, you’re in the right place!

You see, maintaining healthy relationships unlocks your potential for self-actualisation – the fulfilment of a better existence physically, emotionally and spiritually. When you couple this with the basic understanding of the effects of thoughts on your body (discussed in the previous unit), you can up-level to a stress-free you.

Achieving harmonious relationships forms the basis of resilience and gives you the headspace to develop your self-worth. You can learn to forgive and be grateful; to live a life of harmony, humility, self-esteem and trust.

We upgrade relationships by installing boundaries.
Setting healthy boundaries is THE FIRST AID for your toxic relationships. They are essential for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Without them, you run the risk of confusing your needs and wants with others. If this occurs, you fall into a co-dependent – a toxic and one-sided – relationship.

Remember, boundaries preserve your integrity. Always.
