Refund and Return Policy

Coaching, Seminars, Tele-seminars, Workshops and Trainings are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. Space is very limited in our programs.

Non-Digital Services

All purchases for non-digital services have a 3-day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of desire to cancel MUST be given in writing and within 3 business days from the date of the transaction. Cancellations for non-digital services that are requested outside of the 3-day right of rescission, will be honoured however, no cash refund will be given. In the event you need to withdraw from a program, a credit for any monies paid will be given and may be used for up to one year toward any of our other products, services, or workshops.

 

Digital Products 

All purchases for digital products have a minimum of a 14-day money back guarantee. This means that you can request a full refund at any time during the first 14 days after purchasing a digital product. To request a refund, please send us a written request within the 14-day period to dawn@maga-therapy.com .Refund requests for digital products that are received past the 14-day period will not be honoured.
