Ae you looking for some real help to actually get strong enough to step-aside from people who bring you down mentally, physically whether thats in your personal/ private life or in your work place, if yes, you’re in the right place!
First aid for stress relationships course will support and motivate you, resulting in constructing and maintaining harmonious relationships – regardless of your current situation. You see, maintaining healthy relationships unlocks your potential for self-actualisation – the fulfilment of a better existence physically, emotionally and spiritually. We achieve harmonious relationships by learning to recognise toxic/stress-inducing people/situations. When you couple this with the basic understanding of the effects of thoughts on your body (discussed in the previous unit), you can up-level to a stress-free you.
Achieving harmonious relationships forms the basis of resilience and gives you the headspace to develop your self-worth. You can learn to forgive and be grateful; to live a life of harmony, humility, self-esteem and trust.
We upgrade relationships by installing boundaries.
Setting healthy boundaries is THE FIRST AID for your toxic relationships. They are essential for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Without them, you run the risk of confusing your needs and wants with others. If this occurs, you fall into a co-dependent – a toxic and one-sided – relationship.
Remember, boundaries preserve your integrity. Always.
